Item Preparation & Tagging
Tagging is fun & a great time to get creative as you prepare your items for sale! 
Before you get started, you are going to need a few essential tagging supplies to make the process quick & easy.

Preparing items for consignment is a lot like getting ready for a garage sale, flea market, or OUAC dropoff—clean, presentable & ready to sell, with a few WKOG-specific steps for tagging along the way.
Presentation Matters!
Check It!—if it’s supposed to beep, sing, light up, or talk, make sure it does.
Clean It!—Jr's little crunchy golden O's that came from the yellow box are not part of the sale.
Combine It!—keep every piece with its crew!
Boost Your Sales—Bundle It!
Who wants to create a separate price tag for each pair of sock? Group items together (like matching outfits, multiples of the same item, or themed toy sets) to make your items even more attractive to buyers!
Make It Work For the Item!
Bag it, fold it, roll it, or hang it—choose the best prep method for what you have. Have multiple cars? Throw them in a bag. Selling 5 undershirts? Pin or barb them all together. Your humidifer has a separate top & bottom? Put it in a bag or tape the sections together. Keep it simple, use what makes sense, and have fun with it!

Child Proof Your Items!
Moms know best! Protect your items from curious little hands. Double seal those "resealable" bags with tape, tape on box lids & really. . . really make sure those loose accessories you bagged are firmly attached to that larger item with a zip tie.
Secure the Tag—Barb It, Pin It, Zip It, or Tape It!
Make sure your tags are extra secure—give them a firm tug before bringing your thems to the sale. Get creative! The shape of that action figure a little too wonky for tape to stick to it appropriately?—zip tie tag on. Seems impossible to get tape to stick to that silicone bib?—bag it up & tape tag to the bag. Remember—lost tags mean lost sales & missed opportunities!
