Tag Your Items

How do I tag my items?

In your Consignor Portal, for each item:

1

Select Category

  • Choose the most accurate category (Clothing - Boy, Clothing - Girl, Toys, Gear, Books, etc.).

Be accurate — this affects taxes, where it's placed on the floor, and how shoppers find it.

2

Select Size

  • All clothing MUST have a size.
  • Use the smaller size in a range (e.g., 3-6M = select 3M).

Only use "Leave Blank" for non-wearable items (toys, books, gear).

3

Add Description

  • Description 1: Brand + Item Type (e.g., Carter's Dress, Nike Hoodie).
  • Description 2: Color + Key Details (e.g., Pink floral, Blue stripes, w/ tray).

Be specific so lost tags can be matched. Avoid "cute shirt" or just "FP toy."

4

Set Price

  • Minimum $1.00, in $0.50 increments.
5

Choose Discount

  • Discount: YES if you want it eligible for Half-Price times.
  • Discount: NO to keep it full price all sale.
6

Choose Donate

  • Donate: YES if you want it donated if unsold.
  • Donate: NO if you plan to pick it up.

(See cardstock & donation FAQ for how this appears on your reports.)
