Helping at the sale is completely optional — but for many consignors, it’s the easiest way to earn more and shop earlier. Helpers support the sale behind the scenes, help everything run smoothly, and receive higher payout percentages and earlier shopping access based on total hours helped.

Helper Registration

Helper registration opens December 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST — the same day consignor registration launches inside your Consignor Portal.

  • Helper shifts are selected in your portal
  • The last day to change or cancel a helper shift is April 24, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Helper shifts are scheduled in 3-hour blocks
  • Rewards are based on total hours helped
  • Higher payout and earlier shopping are earned at set hour levels
  • Maximum rewards are earned at 6 total helper hours
