Pick-up is when you show up after the sale is complete to collect your unsold items.
Pick-up Date & Time
Saturday, May 1, 2027: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
No appointment needed — this is a pick-up window.
Arrive anytime during that hour to collect your items.
Do I Need to Pick Up?
If all of your unsold items are marked for DONATION: You do not need to pick up.
If all of your unsold items are NOT marked for donation: You must pick up your unsold items.
What to Expect at Pick-up
- Check in
- Locate your items — unsold items are grouped by Consignor ID#
- Check the Lost & Found Area
- Check Out
⚠️ Remaining Items - Any items left in the building after 8:30 PM will be donated
Before You Leave Home
- Do not arrive early for pick-up
- Know your Consignor ID#
- From our Consignor Portal:
- Print Sold Inventory Report
- Print Unsold Inventory Report
- Print your Donation Report
